The proposal of establishement of Rahbar Coaching Centre in Kishanganj moves a step ahead. The co-ordinator Janab Naimuddin Qasmi called a meeting on December 20, 2010 at Millal Girls in the district headquarters Kishanganj. The meeting was attended by other members Mr. Sharayar Alam, Prof. Rustum Sb, Mr. Salauddin Khan. Based on the MOM (Minutes of Meeting), Janab Anzar Alam sb a resident of Bhagal village currently in Vishakhapatnam sent the following mail to Bihar Anjuman's cheif mantor Janab Shakeel Ahmad Sb.

In continuation to our endeavour to establish Rahbar Coaching Centre(RCC) in Kishanganj under the aegis of Bihar Anjuman , second meeting of the committee was held on 20th December , 2010. We are really sorry for the delay in conducting the meeting.
In the said meeting, the resolutions as per Bihar Anjuman guidelines were passed. Minutes of the meeting (MOM) are attached. The following are the salient points of the meeting:
1) Paid teachers have been excluded from the committee to manage RCC. New members (Professor Rustum Ali Khan and Mr. Shahbuddin Khan ) have been added.
2) Anjuman Islamia Millat Girls High School (a private school) has been finalized as venue for running RCC. The Principal of the school has given permission to run the RCC in writing (Copy attached). Mr. Shahbuddin Khan Saheb,the Principal of the school, is also a committee member.
3) The three teachers have been finalized to teach Math, Physics, Chemistry and English and have been motioned in the MOM.
4) As suggested by BA, members have agreed that the commencement of the coaching classes would be from 1st April, 2011 . Meanwhile committee would be doing the preparatory work.

As mentioned earlier, Mudassir and I will be assisting the local committee in the best possible way from our respective places as well as when we visit our native place.
Keeping in mind, Bihar Anjuman is requested to approve the RCC in Kishanganj and issue necessary instructions and guidelines, if any, to go ahead.
