Shakeel Ahmad gives his nod for Rahbar Coaching Centre in Kishanganj

Dear bhai Anzar Sb,

Assalamo Alaikum Wa Rahmatullahe Wa Barakatahu. Hope and pray that this mail finds you in the best of health and eiman, insha-Allah! May Allah bless you with good health, lots of wealth, peace, prosperity and happiness!

Thanks for making efforts in establishing a coaching centre in Kishanganj, which is the need of the hour for the people of this city! May Allah make your efforts and the efforts of all, and bless you all with accepting of these efforts! May Allah bless you with fulfillment of all your just desires! May Allah make it easy for you to manage the affairs of the coaching centre in the best ways possible!

The preparations of the centre, as reported by you, seems to be almost complete, and I can assure you that the approval can be granted after (at least) one of the committee members (preferably the team leader) visits Patna to meet Enam Khan Sb and to see how the RAHBAR Coaching centre, Patna is managing its affairs. If the committee member (s) is able to convince that the preparations are complete in all respects, Enam Khan Sb would grant the approval, insha-Allah. All efforts should be made to get the centre approved by January 2011.

When the conditions of the guidelines are fulfilled w.r.t preparations for the centre, approval becomes a right of the centre.

Let me assure you that the sponsorship for required funds (Rs. 11,000 per month) are already available, alhamdolillah, to manage the centre. However, we would recommend that you rope in members belonging to Kishanganj to contribute generously towards this project, so that we can sponsor more centres, insha-Allah.

It may be appropriate to advise the following at this juncture:

1. The salary of teachers: Rs. 1,000 is to be paid, monthly, to every teacher for one hour of daily teaching (not more than one off day per week), so Rs. 3,000 is for 3 hours of teaching (segregated as per guideline).

2. Local Committee Members must be fully dedicated to the cause and must not feel that they are obliging the community.

3. Local Committee Members must note that the approval will remain conditional ... the approval remains valid only as long as the centre's performance is acceptable, and the guidelines to manage the operations are followed completely. Also, whenever the guidelines are revised, the previous one gets automatically superseded.

4. Local Committee Members must note that the account books, attendance, and performance records need to be maintained by the centre, and are to be made available to Bihar Anjuman members visiting Kishanganj (whoever asks for it should get to see the books). Reports also need to be made available, every month, to online team-leader, Enam Sb, and to us (coaching@biharanjuman.org), in the prescribed formats.

5. Efforts to enroll students, from government schools (only) should start in January (after receiving the approval), so that classes start on 1st April. An inauguration (on 31st March) of the centre should be planned in January (after receiving the approval), and local dignitaries should be invited to attend.

6. The roll number assigned to every student is a unique ID number assigned to him, forever, never to be changed. The system in the following image will need to be followed:

May Allah bless you with true success of this world as well as of the hereafter!

PS: Actions may not always bring happiness; but there is no happiness without action, so act we MUST.
