AZMET College of Engineering and Tech starts in Kishanganj

Brothers there is a famous saying, ‘Jahan Chah Wahan Raah’ that is “Where there is will there is a way”. Since time immemorial people believe on this saying and give their best to make any goal successful. A number of instances can be sighted here related to education field, but I would name a few like the establishments of Aligarh Muslim University, Jamia Millia Islamia, Insan School Kishanganj etc. AMU and Jamia Millia Islamia are one of India’s leading universities and have produced thousands of intellectuals. Sadly Insan School which was on the verge of becoming a University is on the verge of extinction.

After Insan School people of Kishanganj district and nearby areas lost the hope of establishment of any contemporary institute in the district. But here is a good news for us, Azmet College of Engineering and Technology (ACET), a Diploma level Engineering College has been established on outskirts of Kishanganj. ACET is approved by AICTE and recognized by Deptt.of Sc. & Technology, Government. of Bihar, Patna. Applications are invited for admission in 1st year of Three Year Diploma Course (2008-11) in (i) Computer Sc. & Engg.(ii) Electronics Engg. (iii) Civil Engg.

Eligibility - Candidates must have passed 10th from a recognized board/council.

Prospectus and Application form - Prospectus and Application form can be obtained from the college office on payment of Rs 300/- in cash or DD of Rs 350/- in favour of “Azmet College Of Engineering & Technology” Payable at Kishanganj. Dully filled in Application form with Xerox copies of Certificates must reach the college office of Undersigned on or before 05-08-2008 with self addressed envelope with postal stamps worth Rs 30/-.
